3. Payment and Refunds

• Pricing: All prices are displayed upfront on our Pricing page.
• Delivery: As a digital service, reports are generated and delivered via email to the address provided during checkout within the timeframe specified by your selected package.
• Refunds: Due to the immediate expenditure required to obtain records from third-party databases (like NMVTIS), we generally do not offer refunds once a report has been generated. If a report wholly fails to generate due to an invalid VIN or system error on our end, a full refund will be issued.
